Beauty Tip : Cleanse face regularly

I am thankful that I am youthful looking. My facial cleansing process would be :
a) Use a good cleansing lotion to wipe off the dirt on the face, before washing. I have done so for many years, and likewise after my army/reservist training (those days).
b) Apply toning and moisturiser lotions... I have stopped doing so for a while cos, some say we should let our skin 'breathe'.
For me, I used Kose in the past...now, I chose Shiseido
Not forgetting, lotsa vegetables & fruits and less deep-fried food.

For a change, I am introducing non-English songs too ....This is one of my favourite cantonese song ...soothing, touchy... phrases (in purple) moved me.

Health Tip 1 : Drink lotsa water

Many of us know the importance of drinking at least 8 cups of water every day. Some of us do so faithfully, while others may drink other forms of beverage to bring water into the bodies.

One good tip - which I do faithfully is to drink 3 cups/glasses of water every morning when I wake up - it not only cleanses the body, it helps to move bowels too. Try it ... it works.
