Health Tip 4 : Eat more cereal

I was on MC today...complex problem, indigestion->constipation, saw another doc again and she advised that I eat cereal for breakfast. Why? Cos, cereal is a good source of fibre, and it helps in moving bowels. I realise that my GK is very poor ...sigh... For those who know me, I munch a lot of bread in the morning, now I know that cereal is a good source of fibre for me, someone who needs more besides more vegetables and fruits ...haha

No more yellow noodles, yam cake for the time being as they have caused me to be unwell. This is the third time that this situation occur this year liao...hope it is nothing really serious such as colorectal tumour or cancer, and not caused by undue stress (at work).
