Health Tip 1 : Drink lotsa water

Many of us know the importance of drinking at least 8 cups of water every day. Some of us do so faithfully, while others may drink other forms of beverage to bring water into the bodies.

One good tip - which I do faithfully is to drink 3 cups/glasses of water every morning when I wake up - it not only cleanses the body, it helps to move bowels too. Try it ... it works.
